Air-Release Vinyl · questions

Before you order.

Which vinyl grade should I pick?
Intermediate (calendered) is the everyday workhorse for 3–5 years. Premium cast (3M) is thin and conformable for curved surfaces and vehicles, rated 5–7 years. Low-tack is removable, high-tack is permanent/exterior, and reflective bounces light back for safety use.
Do you cut it to my shape or just print it?
Both. We print full color and contour-cut to your design on the plotter, with transfer tape where it helps application. Tell us the shape or send a cut path in your file.
Is lamination worth it?
For anything outdoor, high-traffic, or handled often — yes. Lamination adds UV and scratch protection; the eco option ships unlaminated to save cost. Pick it in the calculator.
