What services does KOAI Studios offer?

Three pillars: Advertising (Meta + Google Ads, SEO, branding, web design, funnels), Print Factory (stickers, business cards, signs, apparel, large format), and AI Academy (courses, mentoring, free masterclass). Ecosystem, not menu.

Do you operate in English and Spanish?

Yes — EN and ES from day one. Hispanic-owned team, native translation (not machine), and bilingual ads/creative are standard. We serve both US-English and Latin American Spanish markets.

How fast do you reply?

Email + form: under 24 hours on business days, usually 2–4 hours. WhatsApp: within minutes during 9–6 ET. Phone: Kira (our AI) answers 24/7 and routes urgent items immediately.

When are you open?

Monday to Friday 9am–6pm ET, Saturday 10am–4pm ET. Sunday closed for humans, but Kira still answers calls and takes inquiries. Holidays: we post closures in advance via email and on our Google profile.

Do you work with clients outside Miami?

Yes — about 40% of our clients are remote across the US, Latin America, and Europe. We run weekly Zoom syncs and async via Slack/Loom.

Advertising

What's the minimum commitment?

Month-to-month, no annual contracts. We earn the renewal every cycle.

Do I own my ad accounts and data?

Always. Even if you leave us, your accounts, audiences, creative assets, and historical data stay with you.

How fast do you launch?

First campaign live in 7–14 days from signed contract. Full strategy + creative ready in 4–7 days.

What channels do you run?

Meta (Facebook + Instagram), Google (Search, Display, Performance Max, YouTube), TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, X Ads. Plus organic SEO and email/SMS.

Will I work with humans or AI?

Both. Strategist and creative director are humans. Optimization, copy variants, audience research are AI. You always know who did what.

What if my budget is under $1,500/mo?

We're transparent: at that level, our self-serve Academy course or DIY tools serve you better. We'll point you there.

Print & commerce

Can I see the proof before you charge me?

Payment is taken at checkout, but the press doesn't run until you approve the digital proof our team sends within 24 hours. If the proof doesn't look right, we revise — unlimited rounds. If the job ultimately can't ship (e.g. unfixable artwork), we refund in full.

What if the print arrives damaged or wrong?

If it's on us — cut drifted, color off-spec, wrong finish — we reprint at no cost. If the file you approved in the proof had an issue, we'll quote the rerun at cost. Email our team a photo of what arrived and we resolve within 48h.

Are you more expensive than Vistaprint?

On commodity runs (1,000 generic matte cards, nothing fancy) Vistaprint is cheaper — that's their game. On premium finishes (soft-touch, foil, spot UV, custom die-cut), we match or beat them because everything's done in-house. Ask for a side-by-side quote.

Do you design if I don't have artwork?

Stickers include design. Everything else quotes cheap ($50–$250 typical). Send whatever you have — photos, sketches, a Pinterest board — we send back a digital proof in 24h.

What's the rush turnaround?

48-hour production on stickers, business cards, and flyers for a flat $50 rush fee. Large format (signs, banners, wallpapers) rush is 3 days at +30%. Order by noon ET to start the clock same-day.

What are the minimum order quantities?

Stickers: 50. Cards: 100. Flyers: 100. Apparel: 1 unit (DTG). Signs: 1 unit. Wallpaper: custom-sized, no minimum. No 1,000-unit walls like the big-box shops.

Do you ship nationally?

Yes — US-wide via UPS/FedEx Ground. Free shipping on orders over $200. Local Miami-Dade pickup available same-day for orders in before 2pm. Puerto Rico, USVI, and all 50 states covered. No international yet.

Can I pick up in person?

Yes. Our Miami production floor is in Doral. Once your job is ready, we text you for pickup — no storefront walk-ins, by appointment only so we have your order boxed clean.

Payments & refunds

What payment methods do you accept?

Cards via Stripe (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), ACH transfer, and Klarna where available. For retainer clients we also accept wire transfer. Crypto not supported yet.

Do you invoice or is everything self-checkout?

E-commerce print orders are self-checkout (paid at order). Retainer services (advertising, branding, web) are invoiced monthly in advance. Custom print orders over $5K can split 50% deposit + 50% on pickup.

How long do refunds take?

5–10 business days to land back on your card depending on your bank. ACH and Klarna refunds follow the same timeline. We issue the refund within 48 hours of approval — the delay is on the payment networks.

How are advertising retainers billed?

Monthly in advance on the anniversary of your signup. Cancel anytime with 15 days notice. Media spend (Meta/Google) is billed separately at cost, with no markup — you pay Meta/Google directly via your own accounts.

Academy

How are Academy courses delivered?

Mix of live sessions (Zoom, recorded for replay) and async modules (video + transcripts + exercises). Most courses run 4–6 weeks with a weekly cohort cadence. All cohorts are bilingual.

Do I get a certificate?

Yes — a signed completion certificate at the end of each course, provided you complete all modules. For Google Ads Mastery we also help you prep for Google's official certification.

Is 1-on-1 mentoring available?

Yes — 3 and 6-month mentoring packages with either Jesús or a senior strategist. Starting at $500/month. Scoped to your business: ads, SEO, branding, or general operator coaching.

Partnerships

Do you offer wholesale / agency pricing?

Yes — 15–30% off retail starting at $500+/month of print spend. White-label available for other agencies who want to resell our print. Email us with your project mix for a custom sheet.

Can you white-label for my agency?

Yes, for advertising clients and print. We work under your brand, send deliverables in your template, and communicate through your project management tool. Minimum commitment: 3 months.
