KOAI Studios operates SMS programs for order confirmations, shipping updates, appointment reminders, quote follow-ups, advertising campaign alerts, and occasional marketing messages. You only receive messages after providing explicit consent — either by checking an opt-in box on a form, texting us first, or confirming via double opt-in.
You can opt in to receive SMS by: (1) checking the SMS consent box on our contact or checkout form, (2) texting START or JOIN to our published number, or (3) providing your phone number during a voice call with Kira (our AI assistant) and confirming SMS follow-up. Your consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping, appointment reminders) are sent as needed based on your account activity — typically 2–8 per month. Marketing messages, if you opted into them separately, are capped at 4 per month. You'll never receive more than 12 messages in any calendar month unless you're actively engaged in an ongoing order or campaign.
Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications. You'll receive one final confirmation message and no further texts will be sent. To opt back in later, reply START or contact us at [email protected]. Opting out of SMS does not affect email or voice communications.
Reply HELP to any message for a quick summary of the program, our contact info, and opt-out instructions. Messages are sent from a shortcode or 10-digit long code registered with US carriers under A2P 10DLC.
Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless carrier and plan. KOAI Studios does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may. Check with your carrier if you're unsure. Supported carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Sprint, US Cellular, and most major US and international carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
We do not sell or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your number is used only to deliver the messages you requested and is shared only with our SMS delivery platform (currently Twilio) and, where required, with US carriers to route messages. We may update these SMS terms to reflect changes in our program, carrier requirements, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated via SMS (with the opportunity to re-consent) or via email. Continued participation after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
