How fast do you reply?

Do you work with clients outside Miami?

Yes — about 40% of our clients are remote across the US, Latin America, and Europe. We run weekly Zoom syncs and async via Slack/Loom.

What's the minimum budget for advertising?

Our entry advertising package starts at $1,500/mo + ad spend. We're transparent: if you have less than that, we'll tell you straight and point you to our self-serve Academy course instead.

Can I just visit the print shop without an appointment?

Absolutely. Walk-ins welcome Mon–Sat 9–6. Bring your art file (PDF/PNG/AI) and we'll quote on the spot. For complex jobs (>500 units, custom packaging) book a 15-min call first.

Do you offer payment plans?

Yes — we accept Stripe, ACH, and Klarna. Projects over $5K can split into 2–3 payments. Print orders pay 50% deposit + 50% on pickup.
