KOAI Studios ("KOAI", "we", "us") operates koaistudios.com and related services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it.

KOAI Studios is a Hispanic-owned, Miami-based creative agency. Our offices are at 2033 NW 135th Ave, Miami, FL 33182. We run three pillars: Advertising, Print Factory, and Academy. Inquiries: [email protected].
Contact forms: name, email, phone (optional), message. Commerce orders: name, email, billing + shipping address, order details, the design file you upload. Marketing: email address if you opt in to the newsletter. Site analytics: anonymized page views, device/browser type, approximate region, referrer. We do not collect sensitive categories (health, genetics, biometrics, children under 13).
To respond to inquiries, process and ship orders, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping), send marketing only to subscribers, and improve the site with aggregated analytics. No data is used for automated decision-making that affects you legally.
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (asset hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and shipping carriers (UPS/FedEx). Each is contractually bound to use data only to provide their service. We never sell your data. We don't share with data brokers.
Order records: 7 years (tax + commercial compliance). Contact inquiries: 2 years. Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Site analytics: 14 months. Uploaded design files: indefinitely for reprints unless you request deletion.
You can request: (1) a copy of all data we hold about you, (2) correction of inaccuracies, (3) deletion (except where we're required to keep records by law), (4) objection to marketing, (5) data portability. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. California residents (CCPA) and EU residents (GDPR) have the same rights under their respective laws.
We use first-party cookies for cart persistence and session auth. Third-party tracking (Meta Pixel, Google Analytics) only fires after you accept the consent banner. You can decline or revoke consent anytime via the footer link.
Our services are for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, email us and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Payment cards are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. We apply role-based access internally and log access to personal data.
