KOAI Studios ("KOAI", "we", "us") operates koaistudios.com and related services. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how you control it.

KOAI Studios is a Hispanic-owned, Miami-based creative agency. Our offices are at 2033 NW 135th Ave, Miami, FL 33182. We run three pillars: Advertising, Print Factory, and Academy. Inquiries: [email protected].
Contact forms: name, email, phone (optional), message. Commerce orders: name, email, billing + shipping address, order details, the design file you upload. Marketing: email address if you opt in to the newsletter. Site analytics: anonymized page views, device/browser type, approximate region, referrer. We do not collect sensitive categories (health, genetics, biometrics, children under 13).
To respond to inquiries, process and ship orders, send transactional emails (order confirmation, shipping), send marketing only to subscribers, and improve the site with aggregated analytics. No data is used for automated decision-making that affects you legally.
Stripe (payments), Cloudflare R2 (asset hosting), Supabase (database), Resend (email delivery), and shipping carriers (UPS/FedEx). To measure our advertising we share hashed identifiers (email/phone) with Google and Meta, solely to attribute conversions from our own ads and never in clear text. Each provider is contractually bound to use data only to provide their service. We never sell your data or share it with data brokers.
If you opt in to receive SMS from KOAI Studios — by checking the SMS consent box on a form, by texting us first at +1 (786) 550-0652, or by confirming SMS follow-up during a call with Kira (our AI assistant) — your phone number and SMS opt-in data are used solely to deliver the messages you requested (order confirmations, appointment reminders, account notifications, customer care replies, and occasional marketing if you opted into that separately). We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, or any consent records with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. The only parties who see your number are our SMS delivery platform (Twilio) and the US carriers required to route messages — both bound by the same purpose limitation. Order records: 7 years (tax + commercial compliance). Contact inquiries: 2 years. Marketing subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Site analytics: 14 months. Uploaded design files: indefinitely for reprints unless you request deletion.
You can request: (1) a copy of all data we hold about you, (2) correction of inaccuracies, (3) deletion (except where we're required to keep records by law), (4) objection to marketing, (5) data portability. Email [email protected] — we respond within 30 days. California residents (CCPA) and EU residents (GDPR) have the same rights under their respective laws.
We use first-party cookies for cart persistence and session auth, and third-party measurement tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, and the Meta Pixel including its Conversions API) to gauge our advertising performance and improve the site. For that measurement, hashed identifiers (email/phone) are sent to Google and Meta — irreversible, never in clear text, and never for sale. You can opt out by blocking third-party cookies in your browser, via Google's (adssettings.google.com) and Meta's opt-out tools, or by emailing us at [email protected].
Our services are for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided data, email us and we will delete it.
Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest. Payment cards are handled by Stripe and never touch our servers. We apply role-based access internally and log access to personal data.
Material changes are announced on this page 14 days before taking effect. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current version.
