Here's how we get your order from our Miami production floor to your door: carriers, timelines, rates, and what happens if anything goes wrong.

Standard orders ship via UPS Ground or FedEx Ground (we pick based on destination and package size). Rush and oversized shipments may use FedEx Express or local courier for Miami-Dade. All shipments include tracking.
Total time = production + shipping. Standard production runs 3–7 business days after your proof approval. Shipping adds 2–5 business days depending on distance. So a typical order is 5–12 business days from approval to doorstep. Rush production cuts the first number to 48 hours.
Free standard US shipping on orders over $200 (merchandise total, before tax). Orders under $200 ship at a flat rate based on weight — typically $8–15 for stickers, $12–25 for boxed print, $30–60 for oversized signs. Rates are calculated at checkout before you pay.
Stickers, business cards, and flyers: 48-hour production for a flat $50 rush fee. Large format (signs, banners, wallpapers): 3-day rush at +30% of the order total. Rush orders ship priority — same total timeline benefit as standard.
Free same-day pickup at our Doral production floor for orders placed before 2pm ET. We text when your job is boxed and ready. No storefront walk-ins — by-appointment only so we have your order clean and ready when you arrive.
Once your order ships, you get an automated email with the carrier tracking number and a link. You can also check status anytime by replying to the order confirmation. Tracking usually activates within 24h of drop-off at the carrier.
If your package arrives damaged, missing items, or doesn't arrive at all: email [email protected] within 48 hours of the scheduled delivery date. Include your order number and photos (for damage). We resolve within 2 business days — usually with a free reprint or refund. See our Returns policy for full details.
