What's the tradeoff for the cheaper price?

Indoor-only 3-mil vinyl (vs 4-mil on standard, 6-mil on bumper). Works great for promos, giveaways, packaging stickers that won't live outdoors. Rated 1–2 years indoor, 6 months outdoor before fading starts.

Is the print quality different?

Same presses, same ink. The difference is paper weight and lamination — economy is non-laminated, which means slightly less scratch resistance but same color vibrance.

When should I NOT order economy?

If they'll live on cars, coolers, water bottles in dishwashers, or anywhere outdoor long-term. For those, grab die-cut or bumper — the price difference is usually under $30 on typical orders.
