How fast do you reply?
Email and form submissions: under 24h on business days, usually within 2–4h. WhatsApp: minutes during office hours. Phone: Kira picks up 24/7 and routes urgent items right away.
Do you work with clients outside Miami?
Yes. We work with clients in Miami, across the U.S. and in Latin America: video meetings plus follow-up on WhatsApp and email.
What's the minimum budget for advertising?
Our entry package starts at $1,500/mo + ad spend. If you have less than that, we'll tell you straight and suggest starting with the free Academy class.
Can I visit the print shop without an appointment?
Sure. Walk-ins welcome Monday to Friday, 10am – 6pm. Bring your art file (PDF/PNG/AI) and we'll quote it on the spot. For larger jobs (500+ units, custom packaging) book a 15-min call first.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes — we accept Stripe and ACH. Projects over $5K can split into 2–3 payments. Online store purchases can pay in installments with Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay. Print orders are paid in full before production; you can finance them with Affirm, Klarna, or Afterpay.
